My healing journey began at age 20 when my hands and wrists started to swell and become incredibly and increasingly painful. Many doctors over the next 7 years gave no solutions, other than massive doses of ibuprofen. Finally, my family physician from childhood decided to test for the RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) factor, which showed up in my blood.

Barely able to move by this point, I had to take action. The doctor placed me on chemotherapy, thyroid medication, even larger doses of ibuprofen with a prescription pain killer and more. As I progressed on this path, my body broke down. Not only was I still in pain but I had rashes all over my body, flu-like symptoms for over 4 months, became increasingly tired and could no longer function at my job. I realized I had to make a drastic change.

I prayed for help and it was answered in the form of a Wellness Center package in my home town, offered by a gentlemen who came into my work. I made an appointment immediately and felt intuitively that my life was about to change, and it did!

My “ah-ha” moment came with an essential oils treatment and grew very rapidly into Reiki (energy work), chiropractic care, acupuncture, dietary changes, exercise regimen, massage, rebounding, meditation and many other types of holistic treatment modalities.

Reiki has been my healing foundation and an incredible blessing for my mind, body and spirit! I began training shortly after I started using oils and have been steadily improving since. I love sharing these magnificent gifts, helping anyone and everyone feel this sensation of increased well-being.
